2023 Louis Michel & Fils Chablis

86-87 Middling pale yellow. Not too much nose, not as exotic as the Petit Chablis, but not massively concentrated. Better in the mouth, with saline/iodine notes behind the fruit. And a light peachiness. Drink from 2025-2027. Tasted Jun 2024.- Jasper Morris
