2023 Francois Carillon Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères

Ekran Les Enseignères nýtur þeirrar sérstöðu að liggja beint neðan við Grand Cru ekruna Bâtard-Montrachet. Þessi staðsetning gefur víninu vægi sem svipar til "Grand Cru" nágrannans, þótt það sé flokkað sem Village (þorpsvín).

"Made up from three plots, Enseignères is an emblematic wine chez François Carillon. The 2023 is pale in colour, with a steely nose, crisp white fruit, less overtly generous than sometimes. Tighter and with good acidity, even a little youthful bitterness. Stays in the mouth."
