2022 Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin "La Princée"

Made in a mix of older wood. Equally pale in colour alongside the Bourgogne Blanc. Rather reductive with a light almond paste showing on the nose. This is very tight, rather understated, with an emphasis on the limestone. Compact, yet with the potential to expand. Drink from 2026-2032. Tasted Nov 2024. Jasper Morris
