2020 Camille Giroud Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru

2020, Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, 92-95

The Corton-Charlemagne bottling has been boosted by two extra barrels from En Charlemagne this year. Clear bright colour, very little bouquet, all quite reticent. Then some light banana, with stones and cream behind. Very good intensity, and typicity, with fair persistence. Oct 2021 - Jasper Morris
