87-89 Foudres, 600 litre barrels, older 228s and 10% in tank. A lime tint to the colour, while the nose is clearly riper than the Aligoté. A little more flesh on the palate but this is more marked by its biodynamic purity. Plenty of energy at the back of the palate, and fine persistence. Baby Puligny, almost. Includes some purchases.
