2021 Camille Giroud Bourgogne Chardonnay

86-87 Racked to tank, still on fine lees. Fine mid yellow. Decent volumes here. Some elegance in the perfume, and a rounder feel thanks to the inclusion of some Mâconnais juice. Correct tension, a nicely made middleweight Bourgogne. Drink from 2024-2027. Tasted: October 2022.
