2019 Dhondt-Grellet Les Nogers Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 1er Cru

Árgerð 2018 af ekrunum Sezanne, Cuis og Avenay val d'Or. Þrúgur eru 50% Chardonnay frá Sezanne, 30% Pinot Noir frá Avenay Val d’Or og 20% Pinot  Meunier frá Cuis.

Grunnvín er frá 2018 og nemur 70% frá. Eldra vín nemur 30% og er eilífðarvín (perpetual) elsta frá 1986.

Átöppun var í maí 2019 og slægt í mars 2022. Tími á geri er 4 ár ( að auki 1 ár í flösku). Sykrun er 1 g/L.

The NV Extra-Brut Dans un Premier Temps (2018) is excellent, bursting with aromas of peach, citrus oil, white flowers, fresh bread and stone fruit. Medium to full-bodied, ample and layered, with a demonstrative core of fruit and succulent acids, it's vinous and enveloping, drinking especially well out of the gates. Tasted by William Kelley.
