2023 Georges Noëllat Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 1.5L - Magnum

94-97 From Petit Maupertuis. A fine darker purple colour. Less forthcoming on the nose. The intensity of the fruit hits immediately, starting as darker berries but still with a red fruit freshness behind, offering several layers, then good acidity. Very well balanced. Excellent balance, with finesse. Drink from 2031-2040. Tasted Nov 2024. - Jasper Morris
